This three month Certificate Program offers participants the opportunity to increase their diagnostic and management skills in Diabetes management. Especially designed for the busy practitioner in a variety of settings, this interactive online course will focus on the proper diagnosis of different types of Diabetes, screening and management of Diabetes associated complications and empowering patients to manage their diabetes by emphasizing lifestyle modifications . Certificates of completion will be awarded, when all requirements have been met.
