This is important in the delivery of high-quality health care. Much patient dissatisfaction and complaints are rooted in a breakdown in the doctor-patient relationship. This course aims to support medical professionals in their efforts to achieve and sustain improvements in their communication skills.
This course is specifically beneficial for new graduates entering into unsupervised patient management and Healthcare Professionals aiming for international practice.

- Course Duration : 12 weeks (3 months)
Online (both synchronous and asynchronous learning contents on LMS) The modules comprise of self-paced learning contents with 6 contacts sessions of 02 hours with hands-on activities and Q and A session.
Asynchronous sessions will be given via Learning Management System and will comprise of animated videos, useful links, resources, search engines, pictorial presentations and discussions. Average weekly minimum 4-6 hours’ time commitment required from the course participants. Timings of Synchronous sessions: 0300 pm to 0500 pm (PST) on alternate Tuesdays via Zoom

- A final assessment will be set at the end of the course.
