A multimedia-rich online component will be an integral part of the course. Both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools are utilized to teach, collaborate, and support participants during the whole course. Active participation in the online environment is expected from all the participants to enhance and consolidate their learning. The expected investment of time is minimum of 3-4 hours/week.
